Recently assembled the cub 8x 8 and already crashed it ... help

Hi , so , today I went and assembled my cube , all good , ran the demo , and while I was trying to configure the wifi , it just blinks on one led on white and I can't get it to connect to WIFI , I don't see the network , resett button does nothing . I downloaded the cube doctor , but it stops halve way and it says

INIT device fail.

I have a Mac book pro with usb 3.1 - usb c , with an adapter would that be the problem ?

Hi! Your mac connection should still work fine. Give CubeDoctor a try to reset your Cube:

First unzip the files below into a folder and then just connect your cube via USB cable to your PC or MAC, launch the program and click "Fix my Cube".

Let me know how it works for you to bring your Cube back to the most up-to-date factory condition, and then please try the Photon connection process again via the Particle App.

no luck , the cube doctor gives me a error that the divice can not be initialised .

if I plug the cube to usb no less are on .

any ideas ?
